Shipping, Processing & Store Policies – Andrea Luxe Hair

All Andrea Luxe Hair orders are prepared and packaged in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping is a flat rate of $17.99 across Canada. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene standards, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Andrea Luxe Hair is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
